Ministry of Infrastructural Development for Concession is created by Governor David Nweze Umahi to bring to bear his quest for all round and total transformation of Ebonyi State with Infrastructure that will stand the test of time.

The ministry has an astute Engineer, Engr. Fidelis Nweze Kings as the Commissioner. Engr Nweze was the immediate past Commissioner for Works and Transport in the state. It is already undertaking works which include, Dualization of Abakaliki-Afikpo Road and Dualization Abakaliki-Enugu Expressway. It will soon venture into the construction of Eight Flyover bridges and their tunnels in different strategic locations of the state and part of the proposed Ebonyi International Airport.
