Mr. Akpuenika, who is from Oyi LGA of Anambra State but was born in Abakaliki of Ebonyi State
has a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture from the Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. While in the
University, he was the President of Anambra Student Union after which he was the Councillor Urban
Ward 4.
VISION
- Promote and encouragement of youth employment.
- Provision of facilities for/and promotion of youth and sports activities (including the affairs of the state Chapters of the National Youth Council of Nigeria NYSN).
- Registration & organization of voluntary youth organizations and Clubs.
- NYSC Matters.
- Liaison with other state Government & Agencies in all matters relating to Youth Development
