The Governor of Ebonyi State, HE. Chief David Nweze Umahi, FNSE, CON has signed the 2023 Appropriation Law on Saturday 31st December 2023.‎ The total budget size is ₦‎139,398,280,640.00. This is made up of Recurrent Expenditure of ₦‎58,367,774,468.00 and Capital Expenditure of ₦‎81,030,506,172.00.
