The Commissioner provides strategic direction and helps translate the ministry’s mandate into meaningful outcomes for the people of Ebonyi State.
HON. NKAH CHINEDUM MAGNUS
The Honourable commissioner for water resources, Ebonyi State. Hails from Ishiagu, in Ivo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. He has a Bsc in accountancy and has hailed the following public positions :
1. Supervisor for Agriculture and Natural Resources,Ivo LGA
2. Former secretary, Ebonyi State systems reform Committee
3. Former Councillor Ndiokorukwu Ward,IVO LGA
4. Former commissioner 1,Ebonyi State Fiscal responsibility commission .
5. Former Executive Secretary, Ebonyi State Agricultural land development board.
6. Managing director of several companies
7. Honourable commissioner, Ebonyi State ministry of water resources
Hobbies : Listening to news,football, and travelling
Marriage : Happily married to Mrs Nkah Chikaodi C.The marriage is blessed with four children

Water is life and my administration shall be committed to increase provision and access to quality water supply, through:
a. Reactivation of existing water schemes across the state
b. Reticulation of water to rural and urban areas.
c.provision of regular water supply in the state.
