Barr. Emmanuel Nwagu Onwe is the Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, Ebonyi State. A distinguished legal practitioner and member of the Institute of Arbitration and Mediation Council of Nigeria, he brings over two decades of dedicated service to the legal profession and public administration.

Born on 18th December 1968 in Ekwashi Ngbo, Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Barr. Onwe has consistently demonstrated excellence, leadership, and commitment to justice.

  • Appointed Administrator-General and Public Trustee of Ebonyi State on 19th March 2024.
  • Currently serving as Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, Ebonyi State.
