VISION:
To transform Ebonyi State into a digitally inclusive, knowledge-driven, and innovation-led economy through the strategic deployment of ICT.
MISSION:
To leverage information and communication technology for effective governance, citizen empowerment, economic diversification, and service delivery by building robust digital infrastructure, promoting digital skills, and fostering an innovation ecosystem in Ebonyi State.
CORE MANDATE:
The Ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing policies that harness information and communication technology to improve government service delivery, promote digital inclusion, and position Ebonyi State as a competitive player in Nigeria’s emerging knowledge economy.
