The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Ebonyi State, is the principal driver of the State Government’s digital transformation agenda. Established to align with the developmental goals of the current administration, the Ministry is at the forefront of building a smart, connected, and technology-driven Ebonyi, in line with the People’s Charter of Needs.

To transform Ebonyi State into a digitally inclusive, knowledge-driven, and innovation-led economy through the strategic deployment of ICT.
MISSION
To leverage information and communication technology for effective governance, citizen empowerment, economic diversification, and service delivery by building robust digital infrastructure, promoting digital skills, and fostering an innovation ecosystem in Ebonyi State
